Today we will look at how a new righteousness is imparted to the believer. The new anointing prepares the candidate for the new office. Such a new position requires a new set of attire. The Spirit of God prepares the believer with a new perspective toward life. New nature is implanted and offers specific purpose. This added dimension in life produces results which consistent with the new person. Sin introduced shame and disgrace and mourning. But the new grace reproduces joy and lasting peace.

Nothing but praise emanates in the new creation.
1 Psalmist calls it a garment - Salvation—praise
2. Crown of joy— Everlasting—that the world cannot take away.
3. Rob of righteousness— The spiritual impact is both internal and external.

From Luke 15: 22-24 The new outfit of the lost son the father offered is a great picture. While celebration takes place we should also be attired for battle. Our victory is in the new covenant established by Christ’s blood.
